Are you looking for a fun way to make money for your organization? At Moe’s we venture to find ways to give back to our local neighborhoods; if you’ve got the will, we’ve got the way. Together, we can create a fun atmosphere when doing a fundraising event for your school, church, sports team, charity, etc.
What steps do you need to take to ensure success?
- If you are interested in raising money for your worthy cause, download and complete the Fundraising Form.
- Call or come by and speak with the manager on duty to discuss available dates and times.
- Fundraisers are typically held between 5:00pm-9:00pm.
- Advertise for at least three weeks in your organization’s newsletters, meetings, e-mails. Moe’s will be happy to announce your event in our “Moe Matters” newsletter too! The more you advertise in advance, the more successful the turn out will be.
- Create a flyer to get credit for the sale
- We will give you the Moe’s logo so you can create flyers to hand out to the participants.
- Flyers must be approved by Moe’s before distribution.
- The flyer should state that an entrée and drink or combo must be purchased.
- No other discounts or coupons can be used during the time of the event. Remember, our goal is to get everyone to spend as much as possible so you can raise some serious cash!
What does Moe’s do differently to make it fun?
- We encourage getting adults or kids from your team /organization to work side-by-side with our team by doing the following:
- Bring your teammates, coaches, parents, etc to work “behind the line” to roll burritos
- Yell our signature “Welcome to Moe’s!” when each customer walks in the door.
- Have teammates cleaning the tables and trays in the dining room.
- Just imagine the fun they’ll have!
- Take digital photos so we can upload them to the Moe’s Facebook Web page.
